So I'm a bit confused on how the seasonal hold works. I started a seasonal hold on my account on June 28th. I called xfinity, and the rep said seasonal holds has to be for a minimum of 3 months, and apparently june 28th - august 31st is 3 months -- I don't get how this works so this is my first confusion.
