I have the both the Tenicor Certum and the Tier 1 Axis Elite. The Tier 1 is a solid notch above the Tenicor holster. Basically everything about it is a step above... The concealment, draw, and even the reholster is just smoother/better on the Tier 1. Velo is nice as long as it settles into to the crease of your leg/pelvis. Don’t need to tighten the belt that much. The Certum is nice because it can go anywhere from 12 to 6.
