Prius red triangle no codes.

First it was the master break solenoid, got that replaced. Car drove fine but the light came up. Just had a shop diagnose it and said it was the inverter coolant for the main hybrid battery. Replaced it but the triangle is still there. My OBD2 reader is showing no codes. I remove the the triangle using the dongle but it comes back up immediately.My 2005 prius red triangle light, battery fan, VSC, and ! symbol just came on. This is what happened in 2019 and a rebuilt drive battery by Greenbean fixed the problem until today. It drives sluggish. Greenbean say it's under warranty but the need evidence of P3000 or P0A80 codes to come fix it.
