43x Problems I just bought a 43x and with less than 30 rounds put through it, it struggles to extract the casing. I had 2 instances where the extractor would hold the casing and the only way it would come out is by forcing it out.

Mar 2, 2020 · The 43, 43X and 48 have interchangeable slides / frames. That should not be a problem. There are a few reports similar to your issue. Shield started adding +10% springs in the mags to address a loading issue. I'm not sure how to tell which spring is installed, if one doesn't have both to compare, the +10% is longer. They are known to have this issue. You need to file the right screw down a few mm until it no longer screws onto your extractor spring pin. I literally went to an armorer today for this exact issue. EPS Carry on a brand new G43x. They took the gun apart, took off the optic, filed down the screw, and reassembled.Glock 43x failures to feed.
