I have used Tier 3 Boil Over quite a bit and there is no way that this perk is actually increasing struggle effects by 75%. Not even close. Most of iron grasp doesn't work on boil over players. At most it should only slightly increase the wiggle free time. I don't know if it impacts the struggle effect at all. Boil over is supposed to overpower iron grasps struggle effect reduction. What iron grasp does is limited and I doubt helps with the infinites.
