Pierce LBGs tend to be a bit better as you get later into master rank. Malzeno LBG, Shagaru LBG, Narga and now Lucent LBG are all really strong Pierce LBGs. Jho has higher raw and Sleep ammo as a mez. Blackwing II has an extra augment slot, one deco slot, and less deviation. If you invest all your custom upgrades into attack, the difference in sticky damage is tiny. So I say start with Jho and eventually at like MR100 you can farm enough to make Blackwing a better choice.
