The dark green wire is not hooked up and I'm not sure where it needs to go. The high pressure switch on the back of the compressor- the ground is hooked up. Except I believe I have to use an '04+ OPS. The '02 OPS has only one wire, whereas the '04 has three wires just like the '95. So I believe it is a straight across swap. 2.
