With 4 ascensions, a scroll, and a weapon I can use Ao Bai to near instant-kill any enemy with concealed ammo's alt-fire, or really any explosive weapon. It's way easier to get a busted build than you think it is. It's also mostly up to chance. I went an entire run without even seeing any elements of the build you mentioned.Fire Tower is a uniquely powerful weapon to use in the early game due to it's high damage, faster movement speed and ability to proc combustion when combo'd with Smoke.
