Wow. I did the emerald advance Jan 5th 2022 and Got approved same day few minutes later for $1,250. It went onto the card asap. My refund didn't come in until Feb 24th 2022. I was only taxed the $200 it cost to file my taxes and $35fee for refund advance transfer. I wasn't charged excess in interest. I wonder how my situation differs from yours?
