Destiny 2 legend lost sector not showing.

I’ve noticed this started about two weeks ago. I’m a hunter so I do the exotic head armor lost sectors when they come. I did the lost sector and was getting blue armor but no exotics. I was doing it in about 6 minutes and thought maybe I had to do it in 5 minutes. Recently Lost Sectors have started to require that you discover/complete (not sure which, I just completed them all anyway) all normal lost sectors before a legendary will become available.
