Make sure they are being put in your correct yuzu folder. Open yuzu and use the menu to 'open yuzu folder'. Not any external drive or install/game directory etc. has to be the app data yuzu location. Dump the keys again and then put them in yuzu user>keys folder. If in doubt, yuzu team have a well written guide available on their website.
