Has anyone else had problems with these 990. I removed filter body, changed filter added fuel and delivery was good but I note that they placed the filter body almost even with the tank. Disconnect the rod end of the cylinder from the drag-link (tractor engine off) and restart tractor. Turn the wheel left and right. See if the rod end moves back and forth the complete distance.
