I just checked the floating top link adapter that came with my SpeeCo Quick Hitch. It has three sets of holes that allow two different working lengths, (hole spacings are 7 1/2 inches and 9 inches), and its designed to work with the hook removed from the Quick Hitch. Perhaps someone else with a 3032E can measure theirs for comparison. I typically run mine in the center hole and have plenty of adjustment, but I have a 3R.
