It was filthy when I got it but after a thorough cleaning it looks good. This one has the older rollmark with the parkerized finish and was suppose to be Colts' entry level 1911.A serial number starting with a G706 makes no sense at all. It would have to start with 27XXXXX or 28XXXXX to be a Colt M1991A1. The ORM guns were made from 1991 until around 2000 or so when the new rollmark (NRM) models came out.
